The 10 Founder Commandments

  1. Ship daily. If you didn't push code or close a deal, the day was wasted.
  2. Meetings are a last resort. Default to async. 15 min max when needed.
  3. Your calendar is your strategy. If it's not scheduled, it doesn't exist.
  4. Say no to 90% of things. Every yes is a no to something better.
  5. Eat clean, lift heavy, sleep hard. Your body is the machine that runs the machine.
  6. Batch everything. Email 2x/day. Calls in one block. Context switching is the enemy.
  7. Build in public. Your daily output is your marketing.
  8. Revenue over vanity. Users who pay > users who clap.
  9. Learn one new thing every day. The day you stop learning, you start dying.
  10. Uncomfortable = correct direction. If it scares you, you should probably do it.
